Transportation Online Training

School Bus Driver In-Service Training for Transporting Students with Special Needs:

1. Create an account in the Learning Management System: Register for an Account.
If you've already created an account, click here to sign in.

2. Click "Register for Individual Module".

3. Click "Register for Module 8: Transporting Students with Special Needs"

4. Click on the Launch button next to each lesson

5. When you have completed the entire module, print out certificate and give to Doug or download certificate and email it to djones@mayflowerschools.org
Individual certificates can be printed from Transcript link.

TRAINING THROUGH ArkansasIDEAS Portal:

Before you begin

  1. A computer using the latest up-to-date browser is recommended for the ArkansasIDEAS training.  Mobile devices, such as an ipad or phone, may not be compatible with all the web pages within Arkansas IDEAS.
     

  2. Once you click into the Arkansas IDEAS link, your browser should open that site into a new tab. DO NOT close this tab (Mayflower School District), the ArkansasIDEAS tab, or the SafeSchoolsTraining tab.
     

  3. When you are finished with watching the video on one training topic, take the assessment, and print and/or save the certificate. ALL certificates need to be emailed or given to Doug Jones (more info at the end of this page).
     

  4. Click onto this tab (Mayflower School District) again. DO NOT close or “X” out of any tabs.
     

  5. Do the next session.
     

GET STARTED

  1. Click the link below and sign in to your ArkansasIDEAS account..  If you do not have one, click on the “Create new account” link under the Login button.  Come back to this tab (Mayflower School District) after you log in.

  2. Begin training session on Bus Behavior and Discipline (link below). Follow all links on the topic and take the assesment. Print or save the certificate. Come back to this tab and do the same for the other sessions.

  3. All certificates either need to be printed or given to Doug Jones or emailed to him. Email ALL certificates as attachments to djones@mayflowerschools.org
